Troubleshooting
If you experience issues with your GraphQL API request, here's how you can troubleshoot problems and efficiently resolve them with our support team's assistance.
Step 1: Check the Response
Inspect the JSON response you received. Focus on:
datafield: Contains the results of your query if successful.errorsfield: Lists details of any errors that occurred. This includes error codes which are crucial for diagnosing issues.
Step 2: Review the Request ID
Every response includes a unique request ID in the header x-request-id. This ID is critical for our support team to trace your request and understand the context of the issue.
Step 3: Contacting Support
If you're unable to resolve the issue yourself, please contact our support team here, and please include the following information:
Request ID: Found in the response header.
Query: Ensure that sensitive information, such as Personal Health Information (PHI), is masked or omitted.
Error Codes: Include any error codes that were returned in the response.
:::warning Important note on PHI Do not include any Personal Health Information (PHI) such as names, dates of birth, etc., in your support ticket. Any data sent must be anonymized or redacted to mask PHI.
How to Mask PHI Replace names with generic placeholders (e.g., "John Doe" becomes "Patient"). Remove or obscure dates and other identifiable details in any screenshots or descriptions. :::
